Much of northern California will be susceptible to flooding on Sunday as a steady stream of rain flows in from the Pacific Ocean. There will also be heavy snow in the Sierra Nevada, especially above 7,000 feet.
In the Northeast, it will be blustery and cold despite some sunshine. The Southeast will be dry and very chilly.
