Bailey to joins CSB management team
Steven R. Bailey has been named to the senior management team of Commercial & Savings Bank. He was appointed senior vice president, chief operations and chief information officer of CSB and its wholly-owned subsidiary, the Commercial & Savings Bank.
Bailey's career spans more than 15 years in senior level banking positions and 15 years in senior level accounting at small and medium business entities. He holds degrees from Indiana University and Troy University, attended the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University and is a Certified Trust & Financial Adviser. Bailey most recently held the position of regional branch administrator with First Bank of Berne in Berne, Ind.
Bailey and his wife, Diane, plan to relocate to the area from Decatur, Ind. His past civic activities include serving as Ppresident of the local board of education, county campaign chairman for United Way, president of the local chamber of commerce board, and active in Rotary and Habitat for Humanity.

Rea announces promotions
Rea & Associates has promoted 14 team members firm-wide, including two in Millersburg and one in Wooster.
Sandy Lende and Joel Yoder have been promoted to supervisors while Jordan Miller has been promoted to senior accountant.
Lende came to Rea's Wooster office in 2004. A tax specialist, she holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Akron. She is a native of Massillon, currently living in Navarre.
Yoder came to Rea in 2008 after previously working in a family business. The tax and retirement plan audit specialist holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and business management and a master's degree in business administration, both from Kent State University. He is a lifelong resident of Millersburg.
A former intern, Miller joined the firm full-time in 2010 after completing his bachelor's degree in business administration from Ohio Northern University. He specializes in tax and audit services. Miller has lived in Berlin most of his life.
Additionally, David Shallenberger was named director of oil & gas services. He is responsible to leading the firm's growth in the industry and will work with accountants across the firm to ensure clients explore all tax opportunities available to them.
Before coming to Rea in 2006, Shallenberger was an intern for Progressive Insurance Co. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration from Baldwin Wallace College. A native of Brimfield, he now lives in Wooster.
