The Berlin Lions Club was privileged to hand out water to hundreds of runners in Berlin Amish Country's first half-marathon event the weekend following Thanksgiving. With frigid temperatures and many hills this was a day these determined participants will not forget.
The next club meeting will be on Thursday, Dec. 6 at Berlin East of Chicago with Zone 2 Chairman Robyn E. McClintock from Wooster speaking. Come at 6:30 p.m. to mingle and eat.
The Dec. 20. meeting is cancelled for the holidays.
