Andrew D. Miller, 87, of 32303 Township Road 272, Fresno, died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012, at his residence.
He was born June 7, 1925, in Holmes County to the late David J. and Ada E. (Miller) Miller. He owned and operated a buggy shop and was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
He is survived by his wife, the former Annie M. Hochstetler whom he married Feb. 11, 1947; his children Drusilla (Eli) Coblentz of Wilmot, Monroe (Iva) Miller and Owen (Mary) Miller both of Fresno, David (Edith) Miller of Clare, Mich., Jr. (Edna) Miller and Betty (Ervin) Miller both of Sugarcreek, Robert (Mary Ellen) Miller of Fresno, John (Linda) Miller of Sugarcreek, Ruth Ann (Henry) Barkman of Fresno, Marty (Esther) Miller and Leroy (Laura) Miller both of Montana, and Naomi (Eli) Yoder of the home; his daughter-in-law Ellen (Melvin) Nisley of Fresno; 68 grandchildren; 58 great-grandchildren; four step grandchildren; 22 step great-grandchildren; 17 step great-great-grandchildren and his sister Fannie Miller of Fredericksburg.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son Ivan Miller; his daughter-in-law Sara Miller; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; five brothers, Joe, Davy, Emanuel, Monroe and Aden, and three sisters, Anna, Ada and Esther.
Services were held on Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012, at the Miller residence with Bishop Junior M.C. Yoder officiating. Burial was in Raber Cemetery in Crawford Township, Coshocton County.
Arrangements were handled by Smith-Varns Funeral Home at Sugarcreek.
