Janice G. (Stone) Crowthers, 71, of South Lawn Extension, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012, at her residence.
She was born Aug. 27, 1941, in Coshocton County to the late William George and Cecelia Nellie (Hamer) Stone, and was an employee of the Rice-Chadwick Co. for more than 35 years. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Surviving are a daughter, June Conley of Coshocton; sons, William Conley, Larry (Naomi) Crowthers, Gary Crowthers, and Robert Crowthers, all of Tampa, Fla., Jason (Aimee) Crowthers of Glenmont and George Crowthers of Coshocton; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Betty Sampsel and Joan (Art) Jones, both of Layland; a sister-in-law, Helen Stone of Coshocton; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Francis, George and Fred Stone; and sisters, Eileen Crawford, Minnie Stone, Ruth Dishman and Mary Lou Dunmire.
Funeral services were Saturday Dec. 15 at Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw, with pastor Ron Davis officiating. Burial was in Spring Mountain Cemetery.
