George Shultz

WOOSTER -- George Edwin Shultz Sr., age 61, of Wooster passed away Saturday evening, January 14, 2017 at Akron General Hospital following an extended illness.

George was born September 7, 1955 in Kansas and was the son of George Thomas and Violet May (Waggner) Shultz.

George was a former member of the Gold Wing Club. He loved playing pool and enjoyed riding his Gold Wing motorcycle.

He is survived by three children, Teliesha (Fred) Clabough of Millersburg, Brandi (Stacy) White of Tennessee and George Jr. (Jaime) Shultz of Wooster; 5 grandchildren, Donnie (fiance, Ashley Schulz) Dowling, Zack Dowling, Brock Shultz, Aspynn Shultz and Skyler White; one great-granddaughter, Kennley Dowling; sister-in-law, Diane Shultz of Wooster; 2 nephews, Johnny and Mike; and a niece, Dawn.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, John Shultz; and a grandson, Lane Clabough.

Graveside services were Tuesday, Jan. 17 at Killbuck Cemetery, Killbuck, Ohio with Pastor Bob Stryker officiating.
