WARSAW -- Francis Vaughn McGrady, 89, of Warsaw died Monday, Feb. 20, 2017, at his home.
He was born Feb. 14, 1928, in Warsaw to the late Joseph and Jessie M (Robinson) McGrady, and married Sandra Jollley on Sept. 10, 1966. She survives.
Vaughn served in the U.S. Army from 1950-52. He was a farmer and served as a Monroe Township Trustee for many years. He enjoyed hunting ginseng and mushrooms.
Surviving in addition to his wife are daughters, Cynthia (Lewis) Ehman of Warsaw and Barbara (Eric) Scheurman of Wakatomika; grandchildren, Erin, Ethan, Evan, Ean and Eden Ehman, Kristofer and Collin Scheurman; sisters, JoAnne (Freddie) Mellor and Susan (Jack) Arnold; and brothers, Richard McGrady and Timothy (Linda) McGrady, all of Warsaw.
Funeral services were Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017, at 1 p.m. at Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw, with Pastor Bill Jones officiating. Burial was in Spring Mountain Cemetery, with graveside military rites performed by Coshocton County Joint Veterans Council Honor Guard.
