FREDERICKSBURG -- Lydia J. (Beechy) Miller, 86, 8307 Township Road, 654, Fredericksburg, died Wednesday, April 12, 2017, at her home after a six-month illness.
She was born in Topeka, Ind., on Feb. 26, 1931, to the late John A. and Anna (Frey) Beechy and married Ammon J. Miller on Nov. 20, 1952. He survives.
She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband, are her children, Aaron A. (Clara Mae) Miller of Holmesville, Anna Mae (Raymond) Troyer of the home and Ivan A. (Mary) Miller of Fredericksburg; 19 grandchildren; 66 great-grandchildren; a brother, Ora (Anna) Beechy of Topeka, Ind.; and a sister, Anna Mae Schrock of West Union.
She was preceded in death by five sisters, five brothers and an infant brother.
Funeral services were Saturday, April 15, 2017, at 9:30 a.m. at the family residence with Bishop Paul J. Miller officiating. Burial was in Miller Cemetery, Paint Township, Holmes County. Spidell Funeral Home in Mount Eaton handled arrangements.
