MILLERSBURG -- Virgie M. Uhl, 75, of Millersburg passed away Sunday morning, April 9, 2017, at Aultman's Compassionate Care Center, Jackson Township.
A graveside service was 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 12, 2017, at Fredericksburg East Cemetery, Fredericksburg, with Pastor Dan Kirtlan officiating.

Virgie was born July 8, 1941, in Dianna, W.Va., and was the daughter of Jacob and Blanche (Cutlip) Channell. On Sept. 14, 1963, she married Richard "Dick" Uhl and he preceded her in death on Sept. 5, 2011.
Virgie worked for Data Card, Millersburg Walmart and at Sunset View Nursing Home. She enjoyed flowers and loved watching birds.
She is survived by children, Rick (Verlinda) Uhl of Texas, Steven Uhl of Mexico, Teresa Quinsberry of Illinois, Duane "Jr." (Caroline) Uhl of West Virginia and Brandi Yoder of Ohio; grandchildren, Michael, Alex, Brittany, Aaron, Jessica, Tabitha, Bryan, Erica, Jennifer, Cordell and Wesley; several great-grandchildren; two sisters, Edith Carrillon of Millersburg and Gloria (Fred) Tarleton of Holmesville; and two brothers, Dave (Pat) Channell of Wadsworth and Willie (Carol) Channell of Georgia.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard "Dick" Uhl; sons, Todd Alan, Kevin David and Craig Steven Uhl; and a sister, Gladys (Jack) Martin.
